Tobacco tea seems to be managing them. Yesterday morning I soaked everything w a 50-50 solution of the dark tea I made (make it outside on a campstove
, including the buds as I had bud leaf mite damage. That stuff smelled like old cigarette butts, and i was worried about that as well. This morning I searched the plants over very good. Only found 1 or 2 mites that I think were alive. Much better. No burned leaves from the strong tea. Also, no residual stale cigarette smell
I guess you could use unused cigarettes, or but some pouch tobacco, but butts are free and plentiful. Glad no after smell. Fruity! OK, this is what I am going to use from here on out. Basically a free treatment that is better than alcohol, as good as Neem, minus the oily stinky buds.
