I agree the so called runt will come back and smash it. Same scenario I'm having the runt I thought would not do well is ending up a bigger yield then other that was way bigger at start.[/QUOTE]

The nut shape is close to what a male would display, but then you see pistils. Hold on to them, clone each, bloom each. If you only have room for one, toss the "B level" girl. Honestly, if you can, keep both (as long as they're girls). The one that you think is the "runt" might turn around and surprise you. Could be nose, flavor, density, color, or all of the above. I can't even count the times that the "runt" I nearly tossed did a "180" and blew away all of the others (clones and just recently beans).
Thats funny you say that. The huge one in the back, the known female now, was actually the runt for most of the growth. Then after topping a few times and more lst she quickly surpassed the other. Now its starting to grow a bit faster after the transplant into the smart pot... And by "a bit faster" I mean she requires daily maintenance to keep her in line!

Dr.Pecker: this dissection idea is intriguing. Could you elaborate on what I would be looking for? Ive never come across this before but it sounds pretty cool!

Yes they do
You cant tell on yours yet. You could pluck it off with some tweezers and dissect it. Close examination under a microscope or loupe might give you a better idea.
I just went out there with some tweezers and gently opened up a few of the pods on the unknown... Well there were tiny white hairs inside. I guess shes no longer a mystery!
