Is there any soil available in the uk whereas I can just water throughout the plants cycle instead of having to add my own nutrients? Or if not is there any nutrients available to the uk that you guys could recommend.

If at all possible do not use potting soil with fertilizer already in it.

@speedwell68 can you give him a start?

Not that I have ever found. Stuff like Jack's Magic and Big Tom are pretty good, they will see you through 6 weeks of veg easy. The trouble is with this coming ban on peat all of the mixes are changing. I have tried Westland New Horizon, which is peat free and I am not impressed TBH, I got an instant calcium def.

Fertiliser wise, Tomorite or Big Tom are awesome for veg, just start off at half strength and you can use them all the way up to the second week of flower. For flower I use Tomorite at half strength and use Oldtimers PK48 from week 3 after flip. I start it at 0.5ml per litre, them 1ml per litre for week 4, 1.5ml per litre for week 5 and 2ml per litre for week 6. At week 7 I half it to 1ml per litre and 0.5ml per litre for week 8. Then I just run Tomorite at half until they finish.

I have used Tomorite on it's own all the way through, but TBH it was a little high in nitrogen for that.

Thanks for all your help I’ve been trying to watch tutorials etc to help me find the best nutrients but most of the grows you’re legally allowed to video and post online obviously come from different parts of the world and the recommended ones aren’t available to me. I’ve also been looking at the RQS nutes I’ve heard quite good things about them and I believe they’re available in the UK

I don't know what's available in your neck of the woods but super soil pops to mind, all you gotta do is add water the entire grow.

I didn't know RQS did nutes. I just looked it up. It seems very expensive for what it is.

Bumping an old post, but check out BioTabs and their water-only guide, i've seen good results with them. Many growers used BioBizz Light-Mix soil with BioTabs. Mephisto Genetics recommends this grow guide as well. But you also have to add Orgatrex and Bactrex into the soil, which is included in the BioTabs starter pack. However, you will probably want something to boost flowering. BioTabs also offers some Banana PK, but i have BioBloom from BioBizz and asked them if i can use it together, they said it's fine.

Unfortunately it's hard to get a ready-made soil for water-only, you have to find a proven a recipe and make the soil from scratch with many ingredients. The closest i know of is KIS soil, but can't find it in EU.

If you found one please let me know, i'd like to buy a water-only soil as well.
