Soil or coco coir?

Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. I am going to grow indoors starting in a few weeks. I will be growing 4 plants in a 32x32x63 tent. I will be using a 400 watt mh/hps light. I will be starting seeds and starting veg under a 2ft x 4bulb T5 light. I plan on vegging for a just a few weeks. Then into flower they will go. So my question is what would be better soil or coco coir? I will be using 3 gallon pots. I have grown in soil a few times with ok results. So in your opinion what would be better for my grow?
