So far, so good?

Someone I know is growing...
-They've got their first plant in 80% coco coir and 20% castings with some Azomite, Bone Meal, Epsom, Gypsum, Mycorr.
-It's had 2 semi-traumatic transplants.
-It's being watered with a mixture of water from their Aquaponics system along with Blackstrap molasses/Guano(P).
-The plant is about 3 weeks into flowering under T5 lighting. The first half of its life was under a couple of T8's.

Does this plant look healthy? Is there anything else this person should be doin?
By the way, it's bagseed...

Why, what's wrong?
Nothing's "wrong" yet, I just didn't see you mention anything about actual nutes in there, and the plant looks OK, but I thought I saw some leaves starting to lighten up, like already using up all the N they had stored, and some P and K wouldn't hurt if you want some nice size buds.

I don't think there are "budding" nutrients... all plants use the same nutrients, just different amounts.

Well the Aquaponics water is liquid organic nutes. It's nothing but pure nitrate nitrogen, p, k, ca, mg, trace and micro-biology... someone adds the guano and molasses on top of that to boost the castings and biology in the medium. There aren't any faded leaves...

Plants look good man... a little small but all dependent on the strain, enjoy your girls, leaves stay green and plant continues to grow bigger buds no worries. Whatever you do for nutes, lower N a little and raise your P.

look super sharp nice ! one of the better plants ive seen on here a tip i use 10/10/10 for veg and 11/32/11 flower and boom thare comes the buds with that 32 number they love it . ide keep what your doin looks great . when u get into bigger plants 5 feet or taller like one of my friends then they are starving for nutes a smaller plant does not need that much . so my point make sure your middle number is around 30 for late flowering and your golden

your npk is high for flower what are you using i use floranova bloom and the npk is only 4/8/7

Any other thoughts? I really wish people wouldn't always immediately jump to "nutes, nutes, nutes!" I don't think that there's anything wrong with using organics, even if the yield isn't quite as high. I'll keep posting to pics to let you know how the plant comes along.
