None at all. Been using them for 3 years now. The only bad part is they will come all to pieces in a few months if left outside in the direct sunlight. Inside, I have ran up to three straight, no-till crops in them with no issues.

I use the simple and tried and true base of 1/3 EWC, 1/3 peat or coco (I use peat) and 1/3 either perlite or rice hulls (I use both). I add a cup of agricultural lime per cubic foot of mix to counter the peat's acidity. This base is used for seedlings and cuttings. My amendments are not ideal really, because I will only use locally sourced items. In an ideal situation, I would amend with kelp meal, alfalfa meal, neem cake/meal, crab shell meal, etc. however, living in bumfucked KY, I use what I can which is Epsoma brand organic fertilizer, blood meal, bone meal, alfalfa meal and soft rock phosphate. I use 2-3 cups of the dry organic amendments per cubic ft of base mix. Then I like to use 3-4 cups of rock dust per cubic ft. Right now I'm using green sand and granite dust. Greasemonkey and several others are the mix gurus around here. There's a ton of priceless info in the stickies.

As far as acts, I just brew up EWC and backstrap and water my initial mix before "cooking", at transplant and a couple other times throughout the grow.
Yea hes good with this stuff, just so you know walmart (online) has crab, fish b9ne, alfalfa, soft rock phos, guanos and a few othrr things actually. Pretty cool.

Last two questions and ill leave you alone haha.

Is EWC/ unsulphured blackstrap a desirable tea? I know theres threads on it, but I have kelp, crab, alfalfa, fish bone, ewc, compost, puruvian seabird guano and want a good tea to moisten my soil so it can "cook".

I dont have an airlift brewer yet, would a bucket/air stone and panty hose do the job for now? I know people do this, just want another opinion. Thank you.

EWC + UBSM is the basic tea for getting microbe populations. it's your best friend! this is the ideal tea for letting a soil cook.

the other ingredients you listed would be for a nutrient tea. if you have amendments in your soil, i find nutrient tea to be unnecessary, but not harmful in any way. just remember the idea is to have a "water only" garden when you get things dialed in. this is the beauty of organics. stop worrying about feeding the plant; feed the soil. the plant grows itself.
