Simple possession charge!

Heading to work wed, the misses is taking me to work. We stop off to see a friend for other reasons than mj. Went in and got my shit, he tells me to be careful that his neighbor is nosey as hell, they recently moved. And to just be cautious. Processed it but went about my way. Get not even 2 miles from his house. Drug task force behind us!

Had the other product in my hands, I hand my ol lady some and we eat them. No time for the pot. Didn't have but a little under a quarter but anyway. He comes straight to my door. Opens it. I went to school with this dick. He goes into cop mode. ,"why were you moving around? What were you hiding? With the bad stuff gone. Smoker hasn't been through this many times at all. Me? Plenty. She tells him she was looking for her license! I'm not talking to you ma'am! He knew. After searching he finds my bowl and smoke.

Damn place either under major surveillance or the word that I got in the last few days is. My " friend" just recently got busted and is flipping on his customers. I do move Quite a bit of greenery and other products. Still piecing everything together right now but the thing that is pissing me off, is this is likely gonna effect my job. I find out he had anything to do with it.. we got some real nice ditches around here!

Really enjoyed the stay though. Love sleeping on the floor. Motion of discovery will tell all.

P.s. the salad was divine!!

Fuck that.man and the police. A officer is not allowed to open your door or enter your castle.... can you prove yall went to high school together.. if so show pics and ask for a jury trial convince them jury that you have beat him up in highschool before and he is now getting retaliation. Ask for jury trial the worst case if you don't succeed and you still have to pay the find whether you did the jury trial or not

My plan from the start!! Jury trial will buy time and could get lost... Who knows? He was a prep in school and a prick , and I told him that. He asked me what my thoughts were now? About the same I replied. He tells my wife, I'm gonna let you off on the improper lane change on a double yellow. There were 3 cars coming the same way and you have to straddle the road cause of the fucked up roads here.

I said, "you mean like all them are doing?," yes.. Just like that.. Dick head.. I like the high school thing! Might ponder on that one.

Hope you have a lawyer and didn't say anything when arrested. Hope nobody smokes that roller unless you have a good alibi.

All it takes is for 1 juror to say I believe the cop was bullying as he has a gun and badge and yall have a "past". The jurors are reg people like us so it could work just bash that into there head
