Should i start to flower,7 weeks

Depends on what your looking for at the end. I would say no, do some lst, scrog, something. If you have very limited space and it’s all you have to work with then sure.

What light do you have?

That plant seems kind of rough for 7 weeks. I would flower it just to get it over with, then I would go buy a better light. That thing looks like it’s powered by a strand of old Christmas lights you found in the back of grandma’s garage. I don’t think you are going to yield much here sorry to say regardless of whether you flip now or wait a couple weeks.

Plants want more light. Avoid blurple next time.

They look near tox too, not ideal for flowering. Like mentioned, prob not much to do at this point. Work on grabbing a new light, go again. Does that soup pot or mop pail have drainage?
