Second grow, first organic.

Good day folks,

Attempting my second run, first time organic. Running a few CV Pure OG, and a few Swazi gold from malberry, which were freebies when ordering the ghost.

4x4 tent, 400w setup. Currently veging 6 plants, as the Swazi were regular seeds and hoping to get a female or two out of them.

Here they are, 3 days after sprout. Gonna let em veg for a couple weeks in the solo cups with promix, some added perlite, and a good helping of worm castings before transplanting into 7g geopots with my organic Soil mix.

Front are the three swazis, and behind are the costs.

What are since signs of a strong of OG strain? Will probably only keep 4 plants all together, as anymore would probably push my 400w to it's limits.

Currently running a 400w solis Tek mh bulb, 6000k. Only early, so hopefully they stay healthy for me.

Anyhow here's a quick shot of the girls ( I hope ! ) one of the pure ghosts looks like it's gonna be a runt for sure.

get a drip system, very airy soil and keep that humidity at a good level. Get them translated as soon as they slow down in growth.

First is pure ghost, second is Swazi gold. Swazi seems to be growing short, but does look healthy with new growth everyday.

Were gonna let them go another week, before topping. We wanted to scrog, but the two plants in the back are reg seeds so have no idea if they'll be female. Show we put the net over them after we determine sex? Or Would a net at this point even make a difference? Can't have a male in there and fuck everything up.

They are about 5 weeks veg. Just flipped them a couple of days ago. One ghost is a little small, I messed up a few times with this grow. Mostly due to impatients in certain areas and over loving. They are doing good now thou, and i have learned from it.

They are under 630 watt dual bulb 4k/3k mix. Going to run through flower with this setup. Just gave them a good kelp feed tonight. Strong smell already.

There's a tiny clone in there who was given to me, unknown strain .. he was in hard shape when I got him but he seems to be coming around now. Will let him go 12/12 with the rest.

Got some blue moon rocks germing, will veg them a while before throwing them in.

A little over a week from 12/12 Filip.

Starting to show some pistils now.

One thing I've been finding, is that the doesn't seem to be a big lot of side branching on the ghost og? Is this a normal trait to og? Leggy mains as well. That could've been due to me keeping my light a little too far away. They were only under 400w mh for the first few weeks. Jumping from that to 630w was quite intense at first and didn't want to fuck them up.

Two weeks into flower, only 8 or 9 weeks to go lol.


Anyone care for some fresh North Atlantic kelp? Tons washed in over the last few breezy days.

Yeah! OG likes to display those classic 4 and 3 leaflet leaves.. the smells on this strawberry OG, some of my favourite ever, all time, hands down!!!
