Sealed Grow Room AC Question

Currently i have 5X7X9 (WxHxL) grow tent with air cooled lights and filtered intake air keeping it cooled. I have a 6inch vortex pulling air into the tent from outside and another 6inch vortex blowing air through the lights. Passive exhaust.

I want to invest in a sealed grow room with AC and co2 what do you all recommended?

Ideally i want an portable ac unit that has its own intake to handle the heat but recycles the air in the room to keep the co2 ppm level up. If anyone has any recommendations that would be great.

get a mini split-

they are way more efficient. i run dual hose portables, and will be upgrading. they do work good, don't get me wrong. 15K btu, 4200W.
