What @cobshopgrow suggested above will help ... but that's really what the net was supposed to do while you VEG'd. Next SCROG, drop the net to 6" above the top of the pot and weave the branches outwards so you fill all of your frame before you go to 12/12.
In your current grow, the 10" (or so) below your net will produce diddly. With the net lowered to 6" above the pot, that same 10" would be bathing in RSpec light producing some beefy tops. And you will give yourself some more flexibility with respect to light-canopy distances.

So weaving..same branch over and under through the netting? In a 3x3 could i just secure the net to the 4 tent poles with out building a frame?

You could run the branches under the netting if you wish. You can use small plastic zip ties and secure them to the netting if that's your preference. Whatever works for you to keep the canopy flatter.
Weaving the branches over one string and under another while as plant is still vegging is my personal preference. I weave because that allows the plants to be mobile. The weave helps to secure the netting solidly in place and I can take the whole shebang (the bucket, the plant and the frame/net) as one entire unit from the VEG area into the flower tent. Plant mobility is the reason that my frames are made from lightweight 1" x 1" wood trim.
