Scale insects

What's the best method of getting rid of these?
I haven't had them infest my Cannabis but I have had them on other houseplants. They grew slowly enough that I could just wipe them off with alcohol soaked paper towels. They start in the soil and crawl up the stem before fixing themselves up on the plant, so some Tanglefoot or other sticky stuff around the bottom of your stems should prevent further infestation

I use ewc and compost from bas. It would be my guess. Do they look like Scale to you? I almost feel like it's something else.....

In the circle, I rubbed that area, and it looks like green tissue underneath.
I wanted to ask what your Humidity was. Because before I thought scale I thought maybe it was high humidity and those are roots.
Pretty hard to get scale and I think your stuff is fairly clean. So wouldn't just come out of nowhere

I keep it around 50-55%. Sometimes it spikes to 60. Plus that's a pic down low. The eb keeps everything moist down low. I'm gonna need a dehuey.

Could very well be roots emerging (trying to). Have seen it before

A desktop fan or some airflow on the base of the space can help circulate around the main stalk. And in the sip would be OK because constant moisure is right underneath the toplayer. Just my thought.

If it's scale then that's something else... But looks more like root blisters

The scale pics I've seen look more white. I've never seen blisters this size but the eb is surprising me everyday! Thanks for the help man!
