Hey guys just wandering if any one has the same experience that I had watering coco just normal no run off at all I done both ways 10-20%run off and just enough to wet everything and growth has been same and alot cheaper and less labor the point of this post is to find more info to compare and save new coco growers some cash
Runoff isn't as necessary in the beginning, because there shouldn't be much build up of salts early on. Think about it.
While you're running this experiment, you should probably still achieve runoff periodically so you can then check the runoff EC to make sure it's not starting to skyrocket.
I water with 1.7 - 1.8 EC of nute solution everytime until roughly 15-20% runoff everytime(it's why I grow up on trays because of runoff). I've been growing in coco since coco came out for us to use. I kill it. Is the way I do it the only way it can be done? No. But it works flawlessly every single time, for me and everyone else I know.
