Rubbermaid Stealth Question

I am going to build a rubbermaid stealth grow box. I have a few questions before I build this thing.

Supplies:
2x 54 gallon rubbermaid boxes
8x 43w CFL lights
4x Computer Fans
2x DIY Carbon Filters
Myklar Blankets

1. When I stack them on top of each other what is the best way to seal the edges so they are connected?

2. Am I missing anything I need to buy? I know I need to get the light sockets as well.

Ya,

White and Black Plastic Bonding spray paint

For sealing i used Gorrila tape, shits STRONG. Or for something more inconspicous... yeah Gorilla tape is good.

Your gana need cord obviously

54 gallon? How many plants are you going to grow in that? You'll have to buy nutes 5 gal at a time.

Yeah I know I need the power strip (have that) and cell phone chargers for the fans.

I plan on doing 3 to 4 plants that would be growing in soil. I know I can fit 3 nicely in there from other people's journals.

I am copying a 45 gallon grow tub but her didn't really give instructions on how to build it.

I am not worried about buying 5 gallons of nutes that is all good.

Ah the ducting I am trying to make this as stealth as possible. So cant really have anything outside the tubs. This will be in my room (I don't live with parents) but still need it very stealthy for other reasons. (kids)

2 gallons of rootspace per plant is fine, over 3 is wasted. I'm also prepping a new tote. It is 15 gal capacity and I will never run more than 11 gal of water in it. I'm going to grow 5 plants and intend for them to get 4 ft tall. If you run, say, 40 gal of water in a 54 gal tote you will be spending hundreds of dollars on nutes for one grow. How often do you plan to change the water? What kind of water will you use?

Yeah Mister that is what I am trying to figure out. I have seen a set up that has a little PVC elbow tube on the intake fans that won't allow light to get in the tub. My plan is to put the fans on the side of the tub and the outtake fans on the backside so they cant be seen. Those will have the carbon filters on them so I don't need to worry about like on those. Just need to worry about the light on the intake fans.

Comp fans dont do well with carbon filters, and may short out the adapter. Maybe not but ive done this.

Sooo why not add elbows to the back too? Because i assume your going to grow with CFL's, and CFL buds arent that big of a threat with smell. (i just use a febreese oil plugin freshener (lavender;) works great)

I am looking at getting 2 fans for the input and 2 fans for the output. They are 120mm case fans that have an airflow of 63.5 CFM. I am hoping those have enough power to pull through the carbon filters.
