We'd have a better chance with the Lollipop Guild. Best way for legalization is to just grow it and tell no one, flood the market with it, make it real accessible and cheap, cheap, cheap, drive those gangster assholes back into the cesspools where they belong and cause the gubmint to just say "fuck it". No polishitian is going to wade in on this, not if he wants a nice, yummy pension.

If he gets elected he will lead the legalization effort nationally by getting the feds out of the drug war. What CA does is its own business. That is how a constitutional government works.

We dont need him to be the leader in legalization, we just need him to be the leader in the presidency. And later show that he has an understanding of the affect mj can have on the economy/public which he will pass an act on legalization for taxation purposes (that's right)
