Reuse of soil after male extermination?

hey guys, so yesterday I identified one of my 5-week old plants as a male. When preflowers first began to show I saw what looked to be female, thus I had transplanted into a 5 gal of new soil.

It's been in the container only for 2ish weeks, after killing the male I cleaned out its soil of roots as well as I could. But I really wanted to know if I could transplant one of my others into this soil (which I'll add fresh too as well) so I wouldn't have to waste like 4 gallons worth of soil! I know in terms of sterilization it's not so good, but them ale plant that was removed was my healthiest one! What do you guys think about reusing 2-3week old soil (which didn't even harness a full grow) ?

Cool thanks man. Reason I was concerned was because I had recalled a few years ago I read that root rot and other diseases can come from using old soil / pots that had dead root matter in it, but I guess since this soil is so fresh it's cool.
Thanks a lot !

If your worried about that then bake thebsoil at a good temp in oven for a couple hours just keep an eye on it in case the small dibre of wood and bark in the soil don't catch alighr

Don't use it. Just buy a new bag of soil, it's not that expensive.
You can reuse the pot but I wouldn't reuse soil. I know people do tho but I wouldn't, it's cheap and shows how much you don't care about your garden

To a grower males are a pest

hence the popularity of femmed seeds

to a breeder even a 'home breeder' they are gold

in time you may wanna consider

growing him out saving and freezing the pollen

for later use, or even the rootstok..?

for now recycling the soil is no biggy

knock ur self out ..lol

its a pity you have to use 5 gallons

rather than the 1-2 gallons,

sex,

then potup ..?

good luck

Lmfao at this lame ass post. Looking at your post history you're still asking about when to flush. stfu about shit you know nothing about. Give 1 good reason to throw out your soil. Where do you come up with this bullshit?

Just use it, root rot is grower error. I'm using the same soil harvest after harvest, of course re-amended and kept aerobic.
