Regarding light and heat?

Hey,I was wondering if I can use white paper around my growing place,will it work,since aluminium foil creates burn spots and also can I use two aquarium lamps for just one plant?

Dont see any problem with white paper mate, just Make sure it isnt going to contact a bulb or anything. Not sure about the aquarium light though.

Felix66, welcome and yes 2 both questions , just keep in mind use proper spectrums for each phase (Veg n Flower) also keep researching others grows/setups till you find the best setup 4 you. What I mean is you can keep a plant alive with very little but if you want more you may want to improve some aspects? Just a thought. Happy Growin

White reflects 85% of the light back. Use flat white. If you have your grow space enclosed maybe you could just spray paint it and keep it open until it cures well to get rid of the vapors. For lighting you can pick up a 125 watt dual spectrum CFL for about fifty bucks at a hydro shop. Mogul set up, reflecter and bulb ready to plug in.
