reddish/brown branches

i have a hash bomb plant that is is in hydro pebbles and is in veg 18/6. i am using dutch pro nutes and my ppm is about 1500. the stems of the fan leaves are brown/red. shold i increase ppm to 2000? feeding times are also every 3 hours for 15 minutes. so the plant gets 6 feeds a day. should i also increase the feeding to 15 minutes every two hours?

It's called purple stem, I was once told that that is a sign of overfert, 1500ppm to me seems a bit high for veg, I personally would not go much higher than 700ppm.
