Quick question about the light cycle timing of transfer

Hey all, very curious about the best time during a 18/6 light cycle would I want to transfer my plants in or if it even mattered. This is my first grow ever and I'm 18 days in from putting seedlings in soil so any advice would be fantastic. Thanks!

Handy to not have the lights off just after you get home from work.

Handy to run them more at night to take advantage of cheaper lectric prices.

Handy to have them switch off at a time that you will be awake and home if you have to be You may need to spray at some point and it helps avoids burning to do this at lights out.
