Question about latitude

When it comes to latitudes and weed is it straight across? Example growing in The Netherlands at the 52 as opposed to say Red Deer, Alberta at the 52nd?

So if a plant matured around the first week of sept in The Netherlands, will it mature basically around the same time in Red Deer? (I know weather and sun and such wont be exactly the same)

Anybody have any insight on this?

Excellent question! one way I know to find out is to go on the sunrise/sunset websites for locations and/or latitudes and type in your location and the Alberta one. This will tell you the exact amount of hours of daylight/night in each location, thus answering your question on finishing time. This time of year their is around 12 to 13 hours of sunlight in canada ( verying slightly from Province to Province ), Let's answer this question, how many in The Netherlands?

Yup basically the same times. Perfect
