You'll be fine...think a couple thousand watts is gonna raise eyebrows in a building that may have 100-150 units? every unit with window shaker(a/c) in it?...its nothing.

Worst case scenario...your rent goes up..IMHO

Draw is about 6 amps for a 600w...it will say on the ballast. You could run two providing there's nothing else on the circuit.
