Thank youYou should be able to achieve that goal, especially with plant pic number 4 on your last post. She looks like a champion.
Nice, I know right! I keep wanting to look every hourdude these look great.... we're close to about the same pace... but your about a week ahead of me so this is fun to watch... I've been getting more and more excited every day hahaha.
hahaha literally thats how i feel... i feel like a daddyNice, I know right! I keep wanting to look every hour
verry nice low stress training your plants are looking good buddyMMmmmmm getting hairy this is the exciting part where they grow more every day and keep throwing up more hairs.
All doing awesome. Decided to LST all of them. This was a day after i LST (two for the first time). Did some more tonight. The soil is still is damp. Seems to be taking forever to dry. I think I would like to experiment with faster draining soil. Adding perlite gravel sand w/e.
And i really want to try Hempy buckets looks interesting and easy hydro method. My next one will be soil though, i want to use the rest of my FFOF up and hone my watering skills.
Rambling now (got a new vape ) anyway all is well LSTing, and im going to begin flowering nutes next time i can water/nute.
Hhahah too late. Dont know heard about people trying to collect pollen or harvest hermies and they contaminate their whole place with pollen and its effected future crops.save some pollen so you can make some dank seeds...
You make very good points for both. For me it would boil down to two things.Nice thread! I've been drooling over the PG's for a couple months now, but I'm in a tight spot financially at the moment so I'm gonna haf to stick with my three 4' double flouro tube fixtures (non-compact F40PL/AQ plant and aquarium) and my 28 Watt LED fixture for blooming for a while. The 4' fixtures (with tubes) were given to me, and my girls do seem to enjoy them OK. But I can't wait to upgrade to a PG (or two). I've got a 2' quad tube T5 cfl with the blue veg tubes in my veg space. I could use more, but it'll have to do for now.
Any thoughts on the benefits of two PG180's vs one PG260? I'm considering getting a PG180 to start with, to use with what I already have. But for only $130 more, it seems like I'd be better off going with the PG260 (I want overkill, like hoss said). If I get the 180, I could save that money for a while and get another 180 later.
It seems like it'd be nice to have the flexibility and extra output of two PG180's, but the price might make me me go with a PG260 ($309x2 vs $429). Lumens per $ works out to something like 32 vs 35, so the 260 is slightly more cost effective. I've got a 4'x4' tent, so I could go either way. I'm wanting to do SOG, rotating crops every 2-3 weeks, would be nice to be able to adjust the height of the two 180's independently, but I could just put the shorter plants on a platform to adjust for the height differences.
Any thoughts?
