plz help bud formation

hi guys, im growing in a hydro setup, and have been in 12/12 light cycle for 2 weeks tomorrow , i think this is what they call the transition stage?, and have been feeding vegging nutes up till now, but no buds are forming yet, should i swap to bloom nutes or carry on with vegging nutes until i deffo see buds forming or crowning as some ppl say.

How old are your plants?

I usually just cut them off of the Veg Nutes wen i first switch to Flower. Then i use Fox Farm Open sesame and FF Tiger Bloom. with a few extras here and there. Then i see actual buds forming in like 2 weeks. but my girls are also about 2 1/2 months old when i switch to flower.

6 weeks old, 20 inches tall.
