so you are the second guy today to show rather large plants (at any rate, past the seedling stage) growing in party cups, with MG in them. transplant your girls to normal sized pots, with different soil, you'll be fine.

those are burnt and probably in the process of burning more, you need to flush the containers out and then put them in bigger pots and ease up on the mg.. Actually they look like they are burnt and now having a lockout.. best thing you can do is get some new soil (not mg because of time released ferts) replant and flush with a mild nutrient solution. Gonna take at least 2 weeks for them to regain health

With your plants at there current height...your roots should be about 2+ feet long....where do you think those 2 ft are? Your roots are about 3-4" and trying to feed a plant that needs a root structure five times that size. Basically, you are starving your plants, both of nutrients and water. Get them out of MG and into some premium potting soil that doesn't have nutrients in it. Get them into a nice large pot (5 gallon or larger, saw them at lowes for $15-20), or grow bag if you are tight on cash (they are about 25 cents a piece). Get some nutrients (whatever you can afford, but they could use a 2 part (1 veg, 1 flower) type of nutrient).....I use Fox Farms (9 different formulas), with great success.

Wow thanks for all the replies so soon! So after work today I'm flushing and transplanting in better soil, hopefully my "girls" heal up. I can't put them in that much bigger of a container due to the amount of space I have. They will be outdoor plants as soon as the weather in upstate ny gets a lil warmer. And yes their growth has slowed down to a crawl

This pic is an example of how big your roots can (should) be for a healthy plant. This plant is 22 days old (from seed) and is now 7.5" tall with with roots 27" long. She is an Indica heavy strain (Great White Shark), which is the reason for her bushiness and lack of long legs. If you dont have a lot of space, and want to grow indoors instead of out, you should think about aero.

Yeah WW is the same way...got some BB free though and there is a lot of Indica in it...but it is real tall. I like to grow a lot of diff strains, so I just tie them down to keep them all the same height. It works extremely well for me as the BB is 12" and GWS is 7", yet they are all the same height.

I have just wet myself laughing at this guys pics!!!!lololol!!! Seriously stoned and splitting my sides! That plant is ginormous compared to that party cup. I mean this is crazy growing. Suprised the plant isn't in a worse state, some heavy nitrogen deficiency there too but hey that soil must be way off anyway. God that was funny i'm so sorry everyone for being so rude.lol
