Plants and buds wont grow

Hey nice looking plants. Don't forget most of the bud weight gets put on 3 to 4 weeks from harvest. Don't stress it they will fatten up just give them more time and whatever you do don't harvest early.

from the pictures of the growers handbook It looks like they have three sections outlined in red and none are the leaf tip/s, so that is probably not your issue. looks more like your container does not have adequate drainage for the mix you are using and you may want to reconsider replanting at this stage that may hurt more than help. last four weeks if you loose just one to replant stress it could really affect your yield and/or quality. your best bet is probably like serial violator suggested to cut the bottom of the pots put them into bigger pots with already moist mix and don't water through the top pot, wait till the bottom feels like it is drying out and water the bottom pot only. hope that helps, and yea they don't look all that bad... good luck

also the way to tell when they are ready, take a 30-100 X loop and look at the hairs and trichs on the buds. in general 70% +/- of the hairs should have turned color and the trichs no more than 30% +/- should be amber and most trichs should be milky white, very few clear/transparent. peace

Generally you wanna harvest depending on the state of trichome-development. Ofc ultimately this is up to you and your personal preference, but alot growers tend to do this once 2/3rd of all trichomes have turned amber. Harvesting more early will decrease CBD amounts. You need a cheap microscope for this.
