I will be staying in a hotel in Monroeville for about four nights the week of Sept. 22. What are my chances for being able to legally buy from a dispensary in Pennsatucky? Uh, Pennsylvania, I mean. I have a current doctor's letter from the People's Republic of California. Do I have to pass muster with a doctor from Pennsylvania?
