Pablo, would you be interested in growing out some clones?
Well, if you go to the support forum, here's the thread:Yea dude, it's a virus. I think for a while this site was hacked into by some spam/spyware spreaders and now they have the email and are trying to get clicks by people confirming
Oh...I guess RIU is getting sketchier...this blowsWell, if you go to the support forum, here's the thread:

Unless I'm mistaken, that's a legit thread on this site and not spam.
Yeah, and they've never addressed the obvious question: If the goal is to simply confirm who's a real member and who isn't . . . what does a mandatory newsletter have to do with that? How, exactly, does this newsletter with all of the commercial b.s., help determine who's a member when less intrusive measures are available.Oh...I guess RIU is getting sketchier...this blows
Why must they do this? They should really make junk like this, the ridiculous "tweets" tab, and all the other special interest extras optional
I agree with you man, things have just been getting steadily worse here but hopefully the admins will get the hint from all these people who made it clear they're ready to jump ship if this BS continuesYeah, and they've never addressed the obvious question: If the goal is to simply confirm who's a real member and who isn't . . . what does a mandatory newsletter have to do with that? This is all about the newsletter and the advertisers being pimped in the newsletter. I've been watching this site deteriorate over the last year or so. I've been to ICMag and it's a decent site. I've never registered because I'm a member here. Why reinvent the wheel. But I will not be "reconfirming" anything.
The security program in my office computer has warned me that RIU is infected with malware and/or associated with malware via 3rd parties. I haven't worried about it really, but this kinda bugs me. They are pretty arrogant about the whole deal. And the way they worded it was assinine.
They are being disingenuous at best. I'm no genius, but that's my opinion.
Hey billcollecter, I only grow a few plants on my balcony and that's it. Which pretty much rules out starting a regular plant after May, or an auto around July.Pablo, would you be interested in growing out some clones?
I think they mean the username that is no longer being used will be released so others can use it...but I could be wrong...WTF do they mean "released to the public??"
I thought so too at first but then I thought about the wording they used and I think that's what they were trying to get across...oh ok, it sounded a lot more ominous than that.
So true. Your bud looks delicious though. Now that Fall is here, the summer weather finally showed up. Too late.
Looking good down there pablo. yeah it seems like we're going to have an indian summer, if you will - where it's unseasonably cool during the summer then the fall months seem more like summer weather.Updated pics of the Kush. More of the main colas have been removed and will probably remove more today. I transferred the first buds I hacked off into a curing jar after being in a paper bag for 1 week.

Yep, that's cat hair. As to bringing her inside - it never crossed my mind. SD is usually a fairly arid climate. Just not this year. The thought of dragging that thing in every evening and out every morning doesn't sound that fun. If I'm going to go thru that, I may as well do an indoor grow.Look like cat hairs to me She is looking good bro, careful it has been extremely humid these last few nights... Question? Why not bring her inside at night, to prevent to much moisture?
Thanks King. Hah, I actually turned on the a/c today. I figured the thing needed to run for a bit before it just dies from nonuse. But the heat felt good.Looking good down there pablo. yeah it seems like we're going to have an indian summer, if you will - where it's unseasonably cool during the summer then the fall months seem more like summer weather.
Thanks man. Feel free to post updates of your grow here. Cheers.Looking good Pablo!
Makes sense, i was just thinking it might help during these humid ass nights that we have been having, im not sure how close to the coast you are, but i am hitting 90% humidity almost every nightYep, that's cat hair.
