Oxygen pots vs Flood & Drain Table

Thanks for the help in advance

I'm going to do either :

6-12 oxygen pots
or
4x8 flood and drain

With 2 x 1000 in a grow tent

What do you think would be better

I did rdwc before diy system. I had some root rot problems.

well F&D works excellent, but the problem you will run into is height unless this doesn't matter. check out the ebb and grow buckets if so...I'm currently setting up a 3x3 tray table for veg and then putting them in the buckets for flower

Hey is the oxygen pots ebb and flow? And do you know why you got root rot?
