In the home you can have what you grow. Outside your home the ounce limit kicks in. Beware that although you may have an ounce, they can use that as a reason to have you do a roadside and or saliva test.
Reading your other post, you seem to be barking up some "tall trees" and thus should be careful to think things through.
Grow it, smoke it, give it away. Profit = law breakage. Unless you get a badge and job with a mmc/rmc and enjoy doing bitch work for low pay
if you can call that profitable with the high cost of living.
Just saying, be smart. If you're looking to break the law, may as well do it in a state where profit margins are higher and you won't become another bad example of legalization gone wrong.
