Over a oz?

I've read that its illegal to posses over a oz of bud but it's legal for you to grow up to 12 plants 6 per person. So say i wanted to grow 6 plants and each plant produces a QP after i harvest my plants does that mean i'm 23x over the limit of how much bud i can posses? Sorry if this question has already been asked.

Im pretty sure you cant drive around with more than an oz. What you have at home is a different story.

In the home you can have what you grow. Outside your home the ounce limit kicks in. Beware that although you may have an ounce, they can use that as a reason to have you do a roadside and or saliva test.

Reading your other post, you seem to be barking up some "tall trees" and thus should be careful to think things through. Grow it, smoke it, give it away. Profit = law breakage. Unless you get a badge and job with a mmc/rmc and enjoy doing bitch work for low pay if you can call that profitable with the high cost of living.

Just saying, be smart. If you're looking to break the law, may as well do it in a state where profit margins are higher and you won't become another bad example of legalization gone wrong.

You gotta keep track and be able to prove everything you have you grew. That's why the have the mits in place. We didn't legalize the plant to fund get rich quick schemes. We did this for responsible adults who know how to be productive members of society but more importantly we did it for the patients who are sick and tired of being a slave to big pharm.
