Outside and inside

Hi all
Just wondering is there a happy medium between my plants being outside and inside i have a small green house only home made though and the temp in there is 24oc and humidity is 55% but the uk weather is a bit all over sunny and cloudy do they need direct sun light all the time or will this sun and cloud be no good for them i also have a tent in the house fully set up but My temp is 23oc and humidity normally around 28-35% and my lights are cf bulbs so would i be able to put the outside during the day and bring them in on a night or leave them in the tent permantley

Switching back and forth between inside and outside isn’t advisable. You want the plant to be acclimated to its environment. And yes, direct sunlight is required. There are however UV rays but you want the plant in as much sunlight as possible.

Until you upgrade lights, heck yeah put 'em outside.
