This is the most resinous plant yet, was a bit of a headache trimming due to clogged scissors every few buds. Very strong, skunky and sweet, way different than the first TP. I smoked a couple and honestly wasn't too impressed with the flavor in a joint, but in the desktop vape it is pretty good. Definitely a strong buzz, heavy eyes and started losing my train of thought immediately lol. This one is mostly destined for the extraction pile I think, it will be a great plant for hash and edibles.

Onto the last TP, it smells f'n dank and has the largest buds of all, looks like the most resinous too. It's going to be a chore but hopefully done by tomorrow morning. Final push, God I'm looking forward to being done trimming lol.

My daughter trims for some large outdoor growers for college $$ and gave me some advice that really sped things up for me this year. She said to rotate 3 clippers in a glass of iso-alcohol, then just a quick clean w/ a paper towel. Maybe everyone on earth knew this but me but holy hell…what a time savings. Nice plants. Y’all have some challenging conditions to get the last month or so. Hats off.

Thanks! And thanks for the tip, I currently have 2 trimmers in rotation and have been using iso in a spray bottle and a brush. I'll try the container trick out tonight

It seems to kinda melt the sticky stuff and by the time you get back to that one it’s just a quick little wipe with the paper towel. GL. Your shit looks tight.

Sure, sure, now that I’m all done my plants for the year. Hahaha. I used alcohol wipes and it was a pain in the ass. Thanks for the tip mang.

You bet! I just had back to back trim days this past week. Finished Tuesday. I did end up with a little surprise bud rot in the top colas. I just chucked those full colas. Everything else was fine. I was pleased with 41.75oz total store quality trimmed buds. I had 10 full mason jars full of popcorn buds and sugar leaf trim I didn’t even weigh. I think I’ll be making it all into butter for edible baking.

Wow.

The final jar up.

Goddamn that was a grind, finally finished trimming the last Tropicana Poison. Final weight was 16oz of good bud, 11oz of popcorn/big loose buds, and 11 oz of larf/trim. I'll tally the final combined weight tomorrow and add in my smaller Honey Cream autoflowers, and take some close-ups of the buds.

This one just smells dank, no sweet/citrusy/carrot smell like the first two just skunk. Super resinous, even more so than the second one. Taste is pretty good, skunky with a mild floral aftertaste but still pretty sticky in the middle and needs to cure a bit.

Also made the first batch of bubble hash in between trimming, I used 8oz of trim from the second Tropicana Poison. Not sure why I was surprised when the purple bud turned the water to grape kool-aid, but pretty cool to see. I froze the bricks and microplaned them onto parchment to dry for a few days, tried some today and it's fantastic. Just have another 25 batches to do and I'll be wrapped up for the season.
