odor control or lack of control

OK everybody i have a 4' x 8' area where i grow roses that are very smelly. i have a 6" squirrel cage with a 6" carbon filter attached. my room is made from panda wrapped around a wooden frame with a concrete floor. my room is sealed but not as good as i thought it would be.
so im looking for ideas from my fellow gardeners out there. i wouldn't say price isn't an issue but i MUST get this under control or my wife is going to put her foot down and i finally got my shit together and have a sweet garden going.
i was looking at this odor killer gel - http://www.discount-hydro.com/productdisp.php?pid=209&navid=23
or possibly this ozone generator - http://www.discount-hydro.com/productdisp.php?pid=204&navid=23

where in my house would i place these products? upstairs in common areas or downstairs where the odor originates?
right now i have to plan my grow around visiting family - lucky for me they all live 2000 miles away but they do come out.

any input/experiences would be appreciated!

stanks.

that 6 inch carbon filter should be enough to control your odor whens the last time you changed that filter? Carbon filters only work for about 12 months and then they should be replaced if the filter is new and its not working you might want to step up to an 8 inch or 10 inch filter
also if you are gunna use the odor gel put it outside your garden wherever you have odor but dont put it in you garden I think the ozone generator should be your last resort because they can be hazardous to you heath and they give off a very distinct smell like fresh rain

is your carbon filter a good quality? Is the cfm rating for the carbon filter higher than the cfm rating of the fan? If it's lower then it won't work because the air travels too fast thru the carbon. Ozone is hazardous and you were already told. And the odor gels don't get rid of odor, they just add another odor to try to mask it.
