during the second major evolutionary leap of living organisms in the sea... the ANUS was moved from in front of the mouth.. to behind the mouth.. so that animals would not walk over their shit and consume IT again!

Hell no, socialism it is! Socialism brought us such things as education for all, our military, our space program, our federal highway system (which should be one of the 7 wonders of the world), and so on. Socialism done to excess isn't great, but when it's something that benefits everyone, why shouldn't everyone pay for it? They should, and they do.

I'm not against privatization, but I don't want to pay 45 different tolls when I go get groceries because different companies own different hunks of road. I also don't want to see the economically disadvantaged not getting an education because all schools become privatized and they can't afford to send their kids. I don't want to scrap our space program, and I definitely don't want our military to become Google Mercs or something.
