nutrient burn...

so i was being stupid and decided to fert my plant that had 4 leafs (its very young) and now 2 days later the tip of the leaf if brown and yellow what can i do to reverse/stop this!!?!? im freakin out lol will post pic soon

If its in a pot you can flush the soil, there are instructions in the FAQ.
Might be better to just start over.

is there anything i can do to help? i dont know how bad it is yet its just on one leaf and its int he ground
