normal clone vs clone from reveged plant.

i have a sweet tooth clone that is reveging. i plan on cloning it when the branches get big enough. i was curious, when you clone a plant, is there a difference if you clone a plant that has never been flowered compared to cloning a reveged plant? like does the dna in a plant change over time?

the dna dosn't change, it takes a while, 4 weeks at least to get a decent clonable branch if you revege, you can get clones then put it back into bud, but it can take longer than 4 weeks, i would only do it to save a strain that i would have otherwise lost. too slow.

thanks for the responses. i just harvested my revegged plants and it seemed like the buds were not as crystally. like it weakened the 2nd time around. maybe i just didnt grow it as good this time or my bulb is weakening.
