That's not much amber, only about 5% with 15% white, and 80% cloudy. If you just go 10 1/2 weeks from 12-12 flip, that would probably be what you are looking for. I went 11 weeds 1 Day, to get a little color. Matter of fact, I didn't see any amber until 11 weeks, and pull the next day, and I watch it every day from 10 weeks to harvest. Be sure to keep me posted on your grow, and your new grow, when you do your NLH. :blsmoke:

If you look at the box, you will see the 1/4" clear lens on the end, I had to remove that so I could get it close to the weed, in order to focus. use is 2 AA batters, doesn't come with scope. Works real well after you remove the clear plastic on the tip.

I have been curing for 6 months. I smoke some last Saturday, took 4 tokes, within 20 to 30 minutes, I was out for two hours, before I woke up to a really nice buzz, but miss the best part. I did this 3 times during the day, and same results every time. Going to try some this Saturday, but only two tokes, so I can see what I miss last week, while I was sleeping. I will give you a smoke report on the NLH in a week or so, it will have been in the jars for a 1month than. I know it will be a lot better 6 months, from now, but can't hardly stand it. I don't know how I waited that long on the critical mass.

How is your grow coming along?

Here is 58grams of Nitro Lemon Haze, 2 months in the jar. You can tell this is the real shit, Columbian Brown. Look how dark brown this has gotten.. I had some this color, back in the middle 70's, and the strongest weed I have ever smoke. I bet this will nock your pussy off in another 4 months. Ranger 6, how is your grow coming? Only $20 an ounce than, bought 2 oz, and had a chance to buy 3 more, but got so fuck up, Never got back to see the guy.

I miss the head stone on the NLH, but a great body stone last for hours. I think I pick it to early, want make that mistake again. Weed is great, just didn't let it grow long enough. Will grow some more later, have the right microscope now, can catch the tricks at the right moment. Just harvest some Columbian Gold, yesterday, all tricks were clouded up, with no clear tricks, and a few amber. This 120x I have now doesn't miss anything, think this Gold will be my best smoke since I been growing.

I never got around to growing any NLH i grew out some strawberry sour diesel from devils harvest really nice has to much of an indica effect for me how long do u think that NLH would do outdoors? Is it close to super lemon haze in effects?

I don't know, as far as I know, Never smoke any super lemon haze, had a few seeds once, but never could get them to grow. It is a haze, and it does come from Colombia, so it could be simler, It's been change a little from it's orginal, has had more Indica add, and does have the super large leaves, like an Indica, but smokes more like the Sativa. It's original name called by the Colombian was, Poo Lime Green Confusion. You shouldn't have any trouble growing it outdoors, it does very well in lot's heat, and water. After all, it is hot in Colombia and it rains sometimes as much as 450" a year. I would say any Sativa domaent would do well out doors. It is a long flowering plant, at least 12 weeks, from 12 12 flip, or 10 weeks true flower.

I have some finishing up soon. In fact, I checked yesterday (7 weeks, 5 days) and at least some bits are ready any day now. I'm more than 50% cloudy now. I'd call it 8-9 weeks flowering for mine. I have much shorter plants that some of those posted above. Might have been a shorter veg, or that I used CFL (T5) and a 300W LED light. On one pic, I took it at night with a flash so the crystals shine.

They will stay much shorter under CFL, but you can veg it much longer and top and ferm it more, and have a much busher plant. I start mine off under CFL some times, because you can run out of a 7' tent real easy sometimes. Here is a picture of a medusa I veg for two months under CFL, before flowering her under 220w LED. It got really nice and bushe around the center cola. haha

Amazing...I guess it's a trade-off; veg longer (and trim/top more) and you get beasts like the one you just showed, or go shorter and get lower yield but faster turnaround. Nice plant!

Yes. In my case, I selectively harvested multiple large buds, and then put the plants back in to let the lower portions grow longer. I found that on my last 2-3 grows I've let the plants go slightly too long (and they were Indica's) as I've had a bit of sleepy-weed lately. This time I wanted to try pulling a bit early. I still had mostly-cloudy trichomes, but maybe ~75% (at best) cloudy. I have now let some go until closer to 90% cloudy as I find amber to be on the border of too late.

I tried some after abt 2.5 weeks in the jar; the effect was amazing and the taste was slightly harsh (but it still make you lick your lips a bit). I'm now closer to 4 weeks in the jar and now I have to say that this is one of the best I've grown, and the taste is improving. No I do not have a tremendous amount of experience, but I do have maybe 7-8 grows in. In other words, I know enough to say that I think you should try this strain but I don't have enough specific knowledge to properly compare this to others but I think you would at least not be disappointed with this one.

I'll post some other pics soon. Mine is much more green than the nugs in the pics above and honestly I got a bit lazy on the trimming so mine may not look as nice as it could/should. I do appreciate that the seeds themselves are just one part of the equation, and perhaps my growing conditions were different from Hotshot's. I used soil with ~25% coir mixed in, and a mix of CFL and LED with CFL being dominant.

You wanted a smoke report - I say 'get this one'. It is not super-lock, it is not a heavy narcotic-like stone, but it's a nice deep buzz with some smile-inducing features. This one gives me major dry mouth, but that's the worst effect. One bong hit is sufficient, but 2 hits is my own suggestion meaning this is not THE most potent you'll ever find, but it ranks up in the 'very good' category with a great taste and a very easy grow (I did very little but plant seeds and keep it watered/fertilized; simple). Overall I am extremely pleased with the strain.

Those gold looking plants up above are Colombian Gold. The NLH are the dark brown I think you are talking about those, those are the ones I made the smoke report about.

Agreed, and 1) it is really quite awesome; in fact, I'm thinking that one hit should suffice much of the time. It really is strong, and the taste is just getting a bit better over time. I did snap some pics of average buds; the pics above were of the larger bud growth. These pics are more typical. Note though that it appears that the sunlight, or possibly the camera flash, has really exaggerated the frosting. These are truly sticky, but I think the pics are slightly an illusion. I took these last evening, after ~3-3.5 weeks of curing.

I find this to be a very strong head buzz. In fact, yesterday I had one large bong hit and I was good for more than 3 hours. This Nitro Lemon Haze is, in my opinion, possibly too strong for me, or maybe I'll use it more of a weekender strain as opposed to a daily use.

Sorry I'm gonna ask about your NLH grow quick. Did you veg that one two months before flowering? I have one now I'm 5 weeks into.

I vegged mine for7 weeks, but under somewhat low-ish lights. I had them initially under a single clamp-light with a CFL 23-watt bulb, then moved to a single 55-watt CFL, then to a 125-watt CFL with a reflector hood. After 7 weeks, I moved them into the flowering lights and timer settings. I think you can easily stop at 4-5 weeks and go into flowering and be OK. I had no problem this time going 7 weeks, but I have one plant now (Girl Scout Cookies) that I let go for closer to 8 weeks, and now at ~7 weeks into flowering I am running out of tent height. I should not have waited so long with those.

NLH doesn't seem to get overly tall. I'd switch soon, if I were you, nay time in the next week or two, sooner if they are already getting quite tall.

I am replying to myself. I have another batch that I let flower for an additional week or so, or close to 10 weeks total (minimal amber, mostly cloudy). Those buds are almost taffy-like. After 6 weeks of curing, it's become excellent (or ridiculous, actually). I tried 3 large bong hits the other day, and I had to go sit down at one point.

I believe I did mine 39 days Veg before Flip. But It was a long Flowering processing, 10 Weeks.
