Newly hatched seedling leaning away from light

I am a new grower and this is my first grow, I am growing super skunk in a home built steath grow room. Under 250w flourescent blue spectrum light.

My newly hatched seeds where doing good until I woke up this morning and I noticed one of the 2 seelings was leaning on the soil and the other was starting to lean away from the light, towards the soil.

The seedlings where germinated prior to planting and placed in a propergator with a clear plastic dome and waterered thoughrally with spring water.

I am using miracle grow sterilized potting mix.

ANY ONE GOT ANY IDEAS AS TO WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

"Watered thoroughly" may be your problem. Seedlings need moist soil, not wet. if you soak them they will collapse.

They are probably just a little tall and falling over. This is normal for seedlings. Just use a pencil or a small stick, stuck into the soil next to the seedling. to help hold it up till they get stronger. Takes about a week. You shouldn't need a propagator for seedlings.

Thanks for you replyies.
The seedlings started to pick up the day after I posted this post. But to day they are both leaning on the soil with the 2 round baby leaves curling upwards and turning yellow, however they both have very small real serated leaves that look healthy.

I went a day without a thourough watering but spayed a film of mist over the leaves each morning from then on.
