I use a peat moss/perlite/vermiculite mix, distilled water, general plant food and a single dose of superthrive.
For lights I have (2) 40watt tube Cfls + hood.
The seeds themselves are the rare bag seeds from dank buds I've had over the past years
I had a bit of a nitrogen def a bit back and they're still recovering from it
