New Setup!! 1000W HPS+MH - Secret Jardin DR240W TENT 4x7

Whats up.. So today I finally got off my ass and picked up nearly all the equipment I need to start my indoor garden. I picked up the Secret Jardin DR240W (4X7) Grow Tent, 1000w HPS+MH Light cooltube, Sunleaves Windtunnel 6" inline fan (409 cfm), light hangers, ducting, timer, thermometer/humidity, 6" clip-on fan, Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz, and Cha Ching, & the rest of the foxfarm nutrients.

I am looking for advice from any one who has an input on my setup and/or has grown indoor in a grow tent of this size and lighting before. Do you think this is enough airflow/ventilation? Do I need a c02 setup? I plan to grow 12 plants from veg to flower, haven't yet decided on which clones I am going to use yet but I will decide after taking a trip to one of the clubs here in the bay in a week or so (probably purple kush.) I am looking for tips how to maximize on yield, good indoor strains, or any useful information to make things run faster and smoother for first time around. Thanks for any input! I plan on going with foxfarm oceanforest soil and putting the clones from 3gal to 5gal buckets where they will probably stay. AND im assuming I will be expecting about $80-$100 in electricity bill rise here in california bay area, correct me if i'm wrong. I am also contemplating buying another tent the Secret Jardin DR80 (31.5" x 31.5" x 63") and a Sunblaze 2ft T5 4-bulb fixture to hold plants while vegging but it seems slightly crowded to hold 12 plants. I need someway to get a headstart on the next round of plants.

Everything sounds good.The sunleaves windtunnel fan should be enough to exhaust the room and cool the light.Get a fan for intake should be fine.
C02 would be good to add if you can control how its administered.
Scrog or lst should be the best for high yield.

I read a lot on here about scrog but would like to clear up a few things.. So it is best to use the 2"x2" chicken wire in my tent to cover above all the plants by about 8 inches gap when? From start, middle of veg, or flower? Also do I need to keep moving the screen around or when can I get it in a spot where it will stay? I have never grown indoor before so many new strategies.

Correct me if im wrong, but so if I understand right I need to veg for about 2 weeks after installing clones in my 3 gal buckets, then im going to switch them into 5 gal buckets and then install the screen to about 8" above the top of my plants where they can grow for another week or two as as I bend the plant around or tie to have 1 branch per hole in the wire. Then finally after 4 weeks switch my plant cycle to 12/12 where they will strech and fill in the rest of unfilled horizontal area? Sorry but I am a visual learner.

You got it right but i dont think you need 3 gallons you can use something smaller if you are going to put them in a 5 gallon for the final pot.
