Hey everyone how's it going? I'm trying to order Monterey garden insect spray. I can't seem to get it shipped to Canada. Anyone in Canada that can get their hands on some I would love to know how. Or if anyone in the US can get some I will email transfer the money if someone is willing to ship me some. Cheers

Aren't there spinosad products available up here? I found a reference to "Success Insecticide", having spinosad as the active ingredient. There was also something about a re-evaluation of it.
Here's the Health Canada page https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/consumer-product-safety/reports-publications/pesticides-pest-management/decisions-updates/reevaluation-note/2018/spinosad-rev-2018-07.html
Thanks for the information. I guess I stick to Safers insecticide soap for now. Canada needs to stop being a big puss of a country and I've lived here all my life. Lol

You're in Ontario like me, right? It's actually the province which is restricting insecticides. If you're going on a trip near a provincial border a quick hop into Quebec or Manitoba and you'll probably find something on store shelves.
What are you trying to prevent/treat with spinosad?
I've been using the safer's with no problems, both insecticidal soap, and btk.

I’m in Alberta. Aphids on outdoor plants

Huh, I don't know how Alberta regulates insecticides. Here we had some pretty scary stuff coming over the border from the states, not sold up here, but also not regulated at the border by the feds. Province banned all pesticides somehow. Each one has to have some sort of safety testing done before it's sold here.
There's some weird legal wrangling that happened about what provinces have the right to regulate and what they don't, so they used what they could do to piss everybody off. Neem oil was on that list, as was a natural citronella mosquito repellent made in Quebec. It's crazy.
Anyway, I use the Safer's insecticidal soap on aphids. Works well enough, but can damage flowers. There's a rumour about it damaging trichomes, but I don't know if that has been confirmed.

Cool my outdoor plants aren’t in flower yet. Just building a blackout room in the garage to flip them or I’m gonna run out of summer. Gonna end up finishing these inside if I can or have to. For now I’m gonna give them 12/12 for a few weeks to get them going cause we won’t have that naturally for a couple more weeks
