I was thinking that I would use driverless cobs. But it is gonna burn lots of electric for no good reason. so I'm going with 50w

I'm gonna use 20 of these. 10 full spectrum 5 warm 5 cool white. Tent is 1.2 *1.2 meters (4 * 4 ft)
I'm going to use 1-meter aluminium coolers as the base, total of 4 or 5. So each gonna has 4 of 5 cobs. I want it all with switches so I can turn any of them on or off.
But as you may have guessed I'm not good with electricity. So I'm not sure which drive to purchase. Any advice on which driver to use?
This is a poor man's build. So the cheper the solution the more appricative i will be
