I know Im a little late since the exterminator has already come and gone but heres what I do, and my terminix guy comes monthly plus I have a maid that cleans for 2 hours every week. Just tell them your pitbull is is in that room. In my case its true, I always but my pit Deuce in the room when they come over, its not like he would do anything but lick them to death but they dont know that. Plus I keep the door locked but at least you have a good reason why its locked. It works flawlessly and never raises attention.

That's great! Good shit! We don't have a pit but soon to have a bulldog so they won't know our bulldog isn't a pit lol Thanks man.

Dont let the others make you think you are paranoid. It could just as easily have been a big problem if he was instructed to spray the whole house. You were right to want to organize a plan ahead of time. You never know when something gets serious, if nothing ends up happening you might think oh i over reacted, but if it goes the other way then youll be so glad you prepared.
True. I have a few plans for future issues now. I'm always prepared to protect my plants. Even if I do need to get a U Haul for a day or put them in my storage unit for a day. Even If I have no warning I have a plan for that as well. This exterminator really got my wheels turning as to "what if". Because ultimately, this ISN'T our place. We're renting someone's unit. So that always has to be an issue - to me anyway.

the price of pad rent for a traylor that you own here is about $340/month:-|
Oh shit when I do get a farmhouse and land it's going to be at LEAST 4 bedrooms, basement, possibly hidden room, green house with one way roof and at least 20 acres to keep a nice distance from any roads! Long driveway off the road my friend!

I'd do a house with 2 basements 1 that you can go to and the other one that only you know of:twisted:
