Need expert help on new plants

After replanting my plants I decided to adjust the whole situation, and I need your advice on it.
I have each plant in their own container with a 15w white warming fluorescent bulb roughly 2-4inches above the plants to prevent stretching. I have a small fan on low to create a light wind. And the plants have the light on them 24/7.
The water leafs on 2 of the plants are dying. Is that okay? Will the plant still live if the water leafs die? Is there anything I can do to prevent the leafs from dying?
Also at this stage how much should i water and mist the plants? I dont want to kill them by watering to much.
Here is a few pictures to help you make a better assessment. Thank you.Any advice will be greatly appreciated.+bongsmilie=

hey bro i would def research some more on lighting for your grow. At minimum you should be using CFL's. Or if you have the money invest in a hps and mh, they are def worth it. Your light you have now is not strong enough and your plants are stretching. Like fried 420 said only water when the top 2 inches of soil are dry. I am assuming what you are talkin about by "water leaves" are the cotyledons on the plant, they shouldn't be falling and dying off this early, but it is perfectly fine for it too. Its just used for the initial development of the seedling. Some growers agree with 24/7 personally i start off at 18/6. Works out perfectly for me. Not trying to sound rude, but i would research some more on growing before doing so. You seem a little unprepared.

I would consider you also get some stronger lighting, it does so much more to the plant, and shows the true potential and beauty of the cannabis plant. Try to get 24w CFL's 65000K, they are the best sold at lowes for under 15 bucks for a 4 pack! its worth it
