For you next grow consider supplementing with MH or T5s with some blue \ actinic lighting especially during the stretch phase.
I use T5s with Coral Waves and 65K (or higher) tubes especially during stretch period.

oh btw that doesn't look like northern lights. looks more like a sativa dom

Agreed. Nothern Lights is suppose to be a squatty little indica.

Also like 50 days to flower out.

Should look more like this. At least the leaf type:
This is not mine FYI. from the link i just posted

I actually have another post asking about just that. They look Sativa too me also so I was tryna find people who have grown these beans before, nobody has really posted anything useful about it though. I'm guessing they may be a haze cross. Not at all unhappy with them though I was just expecting finished plants at about 2 1/2 ft after bein topped/fimmed not 5 ft+. But oh of 20 beans 19 germed 18 grew 11 of those were females and 9 of those grew to what we see today.

To me it looks pure sativa. no indica indications on there. Long skinny leaves. super stretchy and probably a long flower time (But I guess we'll see on that).

Even with Green Crack (Which is Sativa Dom/ Indica) I get fat leaves they are really long like full hand size or longer. Your leaves are very skinny. Hope the genetics are good and hope you like sativas. Personally I love sativas and the racy feeling that comes with them.

image.jpgYea looks like it to me also but just figured they were a haze or possibly skunk cross. Wonder what happened then maybe a mix up with labeling, idk either way I'm almost 2 1/2 mos into it so no turning back now, Lol. I love a good Sativa however I always pictured a pure Sativa being harder to deal with. They are a little out of control but that's not too bad they grow uniform as one could hope and not a single nute issue a little burn @1000 ppm. I need to find a way to get the left side under the light better. Any ideas?

I was gonna add 250 watts worth of cfls, two of the 125 watt ones with the little reflectors, that should be better? Or you think maybe just hanging 9 or 10 of the little ones in random places would be better? I don't really like the idea of having little light bulbs all over the place though, seems messy and unsafe. I'm not sure why it never occurred to me that these weren't any kind of NL, I'm excited about doing the full on sativa thing a challenge I wanted to partake in. I know it's an over asked question and there isn't any way to answer it but what is the yeild I'm looking at off a Sativa this size? I've never grown one before and if these buds aren't going to put on weight and fill out I'm not sure how I feel about that plus the added time, if I got a 16 week plant I'm only a couple week from flower development. I could have 2 months left. Lol I feel full of questions now. Thanks for the help guys

Start googling Sativa's.

I have no idea what that thing should yield. Typically sativas are more airy or fluffly. There will also be some space between buds. Not like an indica that should stack up giving baseball bats.

We ran a columbian gold one time and it was the airiest bud I've ever seen. To a normal smoker might look kinda of crappy. Then you burn it and find yourself running outside or lost in some crazy thought having no concept of time. lol. Yeah I like sativas.

First would be to try to identify it. But I have no advice on that. Just grow her out and see where she takes you. Could have an awesome unknown there.

Just make up a name: ScarFace Super Mind Fuck or something, lol

I hope I can pin it down to what it is. I let an early male seed a couple branches of Chocolate Heaven, East Coast Sour D and a darkstar. So ill have some unusual hybrids at least. The dark star in not a huge fan of but the ECSD might make for quite the cross, heavy body from the ECSD and soaring head of a good sativa.
