My very first indoor attempt

Hi guys, I need help with learning about the best material to use in reflecting the light (in my grow room). I need it not only because it helps the plants to get more light but because the costs in light and electricity consumption is frustratingly high, and I plan on getting the best for my financial effort. So... which material? I will not buy a grow tent, I only need the light reflective material because I have the space (storage closet 2 meters x 1 meter).

THE SECOND QUESTION IS... which kind of light should I use? All I can see is very expensieve light settings... I'm not from the USA, but the pricing is similar... Or sometimes even higher...
I have 2 meters x 1 meter space (also, how many plants should I grow?). I was thinking 13-17. I know, from what I've read, it's about the watt, but is it? Is it the standard of watt per gram? I've read about light settings that consume less and produce more watt pe gram... beats me, I'm a very confused noob.
Alas, I've made some calculations, after calculations... and I don't want to spend 1000 $ (I do have more than that) on lighting materials for 2 meters x 1 meter / 7 feet x 3 feet approximately. I have to pay attention to consumables for the next 4-5 months, ELECTRICITY (which just bacame 20% more expensive this month). I want to get the maximum out of a decent or just a little expensive setting. You can talk to me like I'm stupid, I need to get any details straight when I order something online or when I go to the store in the mall.

I just calculated, hopefully corectly:
2 (square meters) =
21.5278208 square feet

It's a lot more helpful if you're telling us how much you can spend rather than how much you won't spend, just saying...

To be honest, i would start with one or two plants in soil to begin with, if you grow that many and you have a problem, thats a lot of seed wasted at worst.
once you have a feel for what a plant needs and how it growsn flowers, then you can progress on to more plants, but 17+ plants isnt a good idea for a novice.
you could start with a 150watt led flood light with one plant and see how you grow, oops go lol
17plants is a hand full of potential problems, take itfrom me, my first ever grow , i used my entire seed stock, some good gifted genetics too and it all went south on me and iended up with enormous plants with no space to flower properly. And they. Just got out of hand on me. So go slow and do a good job on 1 or2 and see how you go, best of luck with your grow

this is highly recomended, i can vouch for its sucsess
Me too. My outer branches grow towards it. I possibly smoked myself dumb but I swear it looks like lower leafs do. I take it as a hint and try and get more light down thru canopy.

Duuuuuude!!! That looks too good!!! 40 $ for one flood light? Wow... but it's still 150 watts, isn't that too little? Someone told me on this forum that for 21 sq ft I need around 1000 watts.
And I plan on growing as much as possible because I have many many seeds; I want to experiment as much as possible while trying to get the best results at the end. There is not problem if I end with only 5 or 6 healthy monster plants.
