My seedlings are dying, please help!

Hello guys. My young seedlings (almost 3 weeks old) aren't growing and their tiny leaves are yellowing. I water them about every 2 days because the soil gets dry quite fast and the pots seem to be really light. The light is about 11 000 Lux. The yellowing and overall not very healthy look is getting worse and I think they are going to die. Any idea what might be wrong?

More details including the light and how high it is over the plants. Medium as well.

I would guess you need to water more often
sometimes when peat gets really dry it doesnt take water too well. Whenever I use a new soil and it is very dry, i very slowly water it

if it still seems to be shedding the water off, I add a surfacant. Safe soap can be used but I don't recommend that. I use a product called Pro-Tekt that has silica. I don't use it all the time but it definately helps with drought tolerance and helps when getting the soil to take water

to me a good soil can be overwatered, or watered unevenly and will still wick the moisture to where it needs it, and still allow proper air through where there may be too much moisture.

Water less and be patient...every two days is to much for a tiny plant IMO
You will get a growth spurt once you have enough roots to grow leaves

Not a fan of those pots at all , dry out far too fast , what are temperatures and humidity like in there as well? , I use root riot cubes from growth technology personally in a propigator then they get repotted into final 10L pots after about a week , probably hurting for room as well.Biobizz stuff is really good at least for me , root juice,grow,bloom,top max and bio heaven as well as their soil not had any problems that were not my own doing so far. And yeah what light exactly and how far , what are you using more info will help. Id say over watering and needing repotting.

what is a 11000 lux light?

I would feed them a smidge of kelp and about 100 ppm of veg nutes get good saturation and then leave them alone under a little veg light.

It's hard to tell, even when you enlarge your photos, but it looks a bit like spider mites / a small web strand could be present. (maybe it's only a hair?)

It wouldn't hurt them if you gently immerse the stem and leaves (top and bottom) under a running faucet. If it's not mites no harm, if it is, the water will help remove them. I'd be real careful spraying anything on seedlings that small, they don't respond well.

Those peat cups should change color when they are wet. I think you are too dry. They only need a flourescent light at this stage of growth.

The temp is between 22C to 28C. Not sure about humidity. I'll have to buy something to measure it...

I chose this type of pot because the instructions says that I won't need to take the plant out of them when re-potting. Just put it into the new bigger pot and cover with soil and this small pot should dissolve...

The light is quite strong, 400W industrial light, metal halide or something. But it's about 1.2m above the seedlings and I also put a transparent plastic sheet in between to reduce the light intensity. When I check it with lux meter, about 11K is where the plants are.

I din't notice any spider mites, just some Fungus Gnats but not many and I'm reducing them.

I would put them in a larger pot when needed and cut it down at the corners to give the roots some place to escape while it should dissolve. Maybe even cut the bottom off.

I vote for more water.. Looks like you're spot watering.roots will not do well if they hit dry medium. And,by that I mean they'd die
