Moving indoor for the winter for the first time.

The indoor and outdoor skillsets are quite different. I'm moving to hydro for the first time over winter. I know all about the requirements (environment, food, ph, etc.).

I'm looking at Active Aqua's Grow Flow for indoor in two tents one for veg, and one for bloom.
Does anyone have comments on Grow Flow?
