Hey,
I was wondering if anyone is willing to share what they include in their agreements when growing for patients?

The things I have are:

My responsibilities, promises and recourse as a grower.
(Quality of medicine, how much I am supplying, by when and what happens if I don't.)

Their responsibilities, promises and recourse as a patient.
(What they can and cannot do with medicine (resell), how long they keep me as a grower, what happens if they don't.

my opinion? do it yourself, ive seen to many patients get screwed by ppl they have contracted out to do the growing, 95% of the time (from what ive seen) when the patient isnt the grower, the grower becomes commercial minded, and grows strickly for quantity to make a profit. <-- these are the people that HURT medical access.

wow are you ever misinformed, what about the 3-12,000$ of growing equipment?, Nutrients? Rent? Hydro? Water? <-- you presume all these things are free? grower gets stuck with the bill patient reaps nonstop benefits? There HAS to be a balance. If there's not I can pretty much guarantee its being funded by illegal activity.

If it cost nothing to grow why doesn't the patient grow their own. The price is a fraction of dispensary meds but nothing is free for me to grow. Usually when you get something free it is worth even less.
