mildew problems?

i have very small little white specs of what looks like dust on some of the leaves on my plant, humidity in the room is usually 45 % and never goes above 65%

is this white mildew? what can i do to get rid of the mildew?

good air circulation and ventalation keeps mildew away.

a foliar spray of 9 parts distilled water and 1 part skim milk is a organic remedy that I use and works. I usually get it on my RockWool.

a pinch of baking soda in a spray bottle works great for powdery mildew
