sorry, i didnt mean spray the plants with powdery mildew. what i mean was.......when i spray the plants with a solution the prevent or deal with powdery mildew, am i hurting the taste and quality of the bud? or do i need to stop at a certain point, similar to ending the nuts prior to harvesting? does this make any sense? im not even smoking yet.

so i have a hermi in the bunch. been trying to deal with that. had a little light leak, but i think the clone came from a hermi mother. bastard child! it only seems to have affected a few of the plants. the rest seem to be doing great. had to prop a few of the branches today cause they are getting heavy. im going to hook the C.A.P. Ebb and Grow up this sunday for my new 24 clones that should be ready in about 2 weeks. and then ill flower for 3 and get a new batch in the flower room just intime for me to harvest these guys. thats the exciting part. woooohooo
im hoping to be able to buy two more ebb and another light so i can have three ebbs going in the flower on different cycles with 12 under each light and be able to maintain a harvest every three weeks. 3 weeks clone, 3 weeks veg, 9 weeks flower. i pray this works. and i hope i dont loose this crop because of this hermi problem i have.

I got the Ebb and Grow hooked up today. got it to flood and drain once, and it worked beautifully. it looks to me like the buckets could and should drain a little more, so i think i will raise the buckets about 1 1/2" by laying a 2 by 8 under the buckets. once i lifted them a little they seemed to drain much better. im just a little worried about stagnant water resting in the bottom not being air rated enough and salt build up. i have the system operating on its own right now to make sure it will make it through the night. so lets hope i don't wake up to 50 gallons of water on the floor in the morning. at least it will just be water, and not water with 21 dead plants. im pretty excited about this system.

30 clones will be ready to be transplanted in one week. they have great pearly white looking roots and seem to be holding up just fine. those ezclone machines are the bomb and well worth their money. chop, and water, that's all. those things will clone anything.

21 buckets will get the best of the clones, and if all goes well, i will have the second ebb and grow system up in the flower room right about the time i harvest and punch those 21 bad boys sittin in the veg room and get those on the flower cycle. that will take place just before i clip 30 new clippings from from those 21 bad boys and get a new crop rolling around just in time for me to buy a new light and 2 more ebb and grow systems and get the new set of 30 rolling around that should be ready for flower.

everything i just said might not make any sense. but i like it, and i gots a plan.
enjoy the new pics.

the pics where taken with my phone, so they kinda suck. but i took a few because i think i might be having a little nitrogen deficiency and maybe a mag deficiency. if you see what im talking about, i could use some advice. if not, ill try to get some new pics with the camera.

all i did was add a little extra mg and nit to help out. well see.

ok, i got it all figured out. Sweet tooth needs to be harvested on the 11th. and the black, bug buddha, panama, and blueberry will all be harvested on the 18th. i started their flush today. so, i should start to see these guys eating themselves pretty soon with a great harvest in the very near future. wooohoo
im getting excited. that also gives me a perfect time to set the new 21 plants into flower after being in veg for three to four weeks.

so "the black" is a pain in my ass. im sure its high will be somewhere on the paranoid side. its antsy to do something, but its so sensitive to everything that every plant has gone hermi on me. (i will be the first to admit, my room is not perfect yet.)

Panama Gold seems like it might be a little bit of a confusing high. the kind of high that you never know what your going to get. haha one of the clones went hermi, and the other is a huge dense nug. we shall see

Big Buddha is mostly consistent. but two of the four plants will not leave the powdery mildew alone. they where covered in the shit.

Sweet tooth is going great! woot woot!

Blueberry is the most consistent throughout the room. all five of the plants are consistent with their growth. they are very dense. All of them liked the powdery mildew for a bit, but once treated they responded nicely. no wonder the blueberry is such and awesome high. the plants is like a dream to grow. it listens, it responds, and it enjoys life in my room.
grow on little brotha, grow on! woot woot

i threw in a few pics of the clones that are just about ready. im not even sure if those will work. i think the mother might have gone into pre-flower just before i clipped. so i might have fucked myself on that one as well. which i wouldn't be to upset if i did, cause it would be nice to start all over from scratch. get it right this time around.

Ebb and Grow from CAP has been running for the last few days. no problems there.
i will be using the Sure to grow inserts. so you will either hear me agree with all the negative activity, or you see how they work like a champ. either way. i shall press forward.

peace!

pics to enjoy!

Question: what happens if i still have powdery mildew when its time to Harvest? am i screwed? the plants are so sticky, that the mildew just sticks to it and its much harder to get rid of. thanks.

I have to say I myself love AN line of product and use them but im a little confused by the line of nutrients you are showing in your photo and your title says MEDICAL GRO OP is this for your medicine? Because there is now way I could pass my product off as medical grade do to me using sensi or connoiseur line (organic would be Iguana and organic B+ there recommendation on the calculator)which I have thought about from the yields I have seen from the organic line.
Looking Good by the way sorry to hear about the other strain not be happy
Good luck and Happy growing

Looks like a dream room! :) seems like you got the space to make seperate rooms. Maybe seperate smaller rooms would give you the ability to use various ones to imitate the original enviroment of the various strains you got going. A dryer hotter one for the Sativa's etc. That might be a good solution to fix the problem of some varieties doing better than others in the same enviroment. Thats only natural to happen. Looks like you got the space and the building skills. Do thorough research on each strain and put the ones that fit best together in that room (assuming you go with more rooms as I suggest) and the ones that fit together best in the other strains in the another room.

Johnny, thanks for the post.
Techniflora is the nuts that came with the CAP Ebb and Grow system i bought. they say its proven and tested with the system, and since im a total noob, i just bought a bunch of it to get me threw a few cycles. I do really want to try the AN sensi 2+ system though that Remo the Urban Grower raves about. my room was pretty much modeled after his show and the BC growers he visits. i think the sealed CO2 room is the way to go if you want to get the most bang for your buck. but i havent found an actual nuts schedule for the Sensi 2+ system. he just talks about it. i havent really looked that hard either though. so far im really happy with the techniflora stuff. and my plants haven't died yet.
When i say medical grow op, i am a supplier for a few patients including myself, and what ever is left over, goes to a local dispensary.

nlblue, thanks for the info.

I am going to expand my flowering room in a few months once i get a little more cash flow o accommodate 4 more lights. but i hear what your saying. the different strands are sure do react in different ways to the same environment. which is why i decided to use only one stand for my next crop. Sweet tooth and Blueberry seemed to like the room the best, and sense i flowered all the blueberries and kept one Sweet Tooth, my second grow with be 21 sweet tooth in the CAP ebb and grow. i have another journal i started yesterday for those guys. I think starting my first grow with several different strands was a good learning experiment, but i think i need to slow down a little, which is why my next grow is just the ST.

thanks again for your comments and help.
